This is a direct sale process. Any member wishing to order anything does so directly through the vendor. No need to contact the Buffalo Grand at all. All items are shipped upon closure of the store. This link will only work through April 12th, so the faster we get it out the more people can use.
Some items are customizeable, and all have the Knights emblem, with some having the Faith, Hope and Charity included in some spots. Great stuff, we rolled this out last year and no one took advantage, until they saw me wearing it at the convention.
